When you book a sauna slot, a voucher, or a subscription on our website, we collect the data required for the booking. This includes, among other things, your name, email address, postal code, city, selected rate, additional services, date and time of your visit, as well as payment information.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We use your data exclusively for processing your booking, payment processing, communication with you (e.g., booking confirmation, reminder, rebooking, or cancellation), capacity planning, and to fulfill legal retention obligations.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

For payment processing, we forward the necessary data to Stripe. Booking confirmations and other emails are sent via Resend. Both service providers process the data in accordance with their own privacy policies and only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

5. Storage and Deletion

We store your data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes mentioned or as required by law. Thereafter, they are deleted or anonymised.
