Four saunas, invigorating cold baths, cozy lounges, and a bistro.
Finnish saunas
75–100°C, low humidity
Relax in our Finnish saunas. The large saunas offer a vibrant, social atmosphere, while the smaller saunas right by the river provide a calmer, more intimate retreat with a view of the Limmat. You take care of the infusions yourself.
Bio Saunas
55–60°C, moderate humidity, Monday and Thursday from 5pm
Experience the gentle warmth and soothing moisture of our organic saunas. Offered at selected times in our large and small saunas, they combine Finnish heat with mild organic conditions – for a calm, revitalizing sauna experience. Temperature & humidity: 45–60°C, medium humidity.
Cold Plunges & Outdoor Showers
Refresh your senses in our Cold Plunges or under the outdoor showers on the river terrace. The invigorating cold and the tranquil view of the Limmat provide new energy and vitality. Temperature: 2–6 °C
Relaxation areas
Take a break between sauna sessions in our indoor and outdoor relaxation areas. Relax on comfortable loungers, browse through our magazines and hydrate at our complimentary water stations.
Bistro & Bar
Conclude your sauna experience with a visit to our cozy bistro. Enjoy a warming tea, a refreshing beer, or a small snack while you relax and let the atmosphere of the sauna village sink in.
