1. Scope and contracting party

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to the purchase and use of admissions, passes, vouchers, extensions, additional offerings, events and other services provided by Sauna am Fluss.

By making an online booking, purchasing admission on site or entering the facility, guests accept these GTC and the house rules in force at the time, available at www.saunaamfluss.ch/hausregeln.

The house rules form an integral part of these GTC.

2. Services and access

Sauna am Fluss is a public social sauna. Admission entitles guests to use the available facilities during the time slot booked or communicated when purchasing admission on site.

As a rule, standard admission is valid for two hours. A 30-minute extension may be purchased for an additional charge, subject to capacity and operational availability. There is no entitlement to an extension or re-entry.

Admissions are generally intended for the person for whom they were booked or purchased. Commercial resale of admissions is prohibited.

Haus am Fluss AG may refuse access or require guests to leave the facility, in particular for reasons relating to safety, hygiene, capacity, age or conduct. If the reason for refusal or removal relates to the guest's conduct or falls within the guest's area of responsibility, there is no entitlement to a refund.

3. Booking, contract formation and prices

Online bookings are made through the booking platform provided by Haus am Fluss AG. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking.

For walk-ins, the contract is concluded upon purchase of admission on site.

The prices displayed at the time the booking is completed or the purchase is made on site apply. Prices are stated in Swiss francs and include statutory value added tax.

The prices displayed on the booking platform, on the website or on site are authoritative.

Valid personal proof of eligibility for a discount must be presented upon entry. If this cannot be provided, the difference between the discounted price and the standard rate must be paid immediately. Otherwise, access may be refused.

Haus am Fluss AG may change prices, opening hours, available admission slots, capacity and the range of services at any time for future bookings.

4. Payment

Online bookings must be paid for in advance using the payment methods offered.

Walk-ins must be paid for immediately on site using a cashless payment method.

If payment is unsuccessful or incomplete, there is no entitlement to admission.

Haus am Fluss AG may cancel bookings or refuse access if there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse, fraud or unauthorised use.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-shows

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge through the digital booking platform up to 48 hours before the booked admission time.

After this deadline, and in the event of late arrival, failure to attend (no-show) or early departure from the facility, there is generally no entitlement to a refund, rescheduling or credit.

Goodwill arrangements are granted solely at the discretion of Haus am Fluss AG and do not create any entitlement in future cases.

If Haus am Fluss AG is entirely unable to provide an admission that has already been booked and the reason does not fall within the guest's area of responsibility, the guest may choose between a full refund of the admission price paid and an equivalent alternative date or voucher.

Further claims, in particular for reimbursement of travel, accommodation, food and drink or other consequential costs, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Passes

The passes currently available, their prices, validity periods and usage limits are displayed on the booking platform or specified at the time of purchase.

Passes entitle holders to use the corresponding services of Sauna am Fluss during their respective validity periods. Access remains subject to available capacity and the booking rules in force at the time.

Passes are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be combined with other discounts or benefits unless expressly stated otherwise.

Passes do not renew automatically.

Unused admissions or credit expire at the end of the stated validity period. Cash redemption or transfer is generally excluded.

In the event of a documented prolonged illness or an accident, Haus am Fluss AG may grant a reasonable extension of the validity period upon written request. Requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Unless an alternative arrangement is expressly provided for the relevant pass, there is no automatic entitlement to an extension.

In the event of prolonged operational closures for which Haus am Fluss AG is responsible, the validity period of affected passes may be extended appropriately.

Haus am Fluss AG may temporarily suspend or terminate a pass if there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse, commercial use or use by anyone other than its holder. In the event of proven misuse, there is no entitlement to a refund.

7. Vouchers and discount codes

Vouchers may be used for the services designated by Haus am Fluss AG and are valid for five years from the date of issue, unless a different validity period is stated on the voucher.

Any remaining credit remains valid until the end of the applicable validity period.

Vouchers, discount codes, promotions and partner offers cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retrospectively to bookings that have already been completed.

Discount codes, promotions and partner offers are also subject to the conditions communicated for the respective offer.

In the event of misuse, vouchers, discount codes or other benefits may be blocked or declared invalid.

8. House rules and conduct

The current house rules form an integral part of these GTC and can be viewed at www.saunaamfluss.ch/hausregeln.

Staff instructions must be followed at all times.

In particular, the following rules apply:

• Swimwear must be worn in the facility.

• Guests must shower before using the sauna and cold plunge pool.

• A towel must always be used beneath the body in the sauna.

• Use of the cold plunge pool is at the guest's own risk.

• Glass containers, food brought from outside and outdoor shoes are not permitted in the sauna area.

• Photography and video recording inside the saunas are prohibited.

• Guests must be considerate of others and behave respectfully at all times.

• The maximum length of stay must be observed.

• Re-entry after leaving the facility is not provided for.

Breaches of the house rules or failure to follow staff instructions may result in removal from the facility. If the reason for removal falls within the guest's area of responsibility, there is no entitlement to a refund.

9. Minors

Minors may enter the facility only when accompanied by, and under the responsibility of, an adult parent or legal guardian, or an adult expressly authorised by that parent or legal guardian.

The accompanying person is responsible for supervising the minor.

Haus am Fluss AG may impose additional age restrictions for specific areas, offerings, events or time slots for safety, health or operational reasons.

Where possible, these restrictions will be communicated before booking or entry.

10. Health and personal responsibility

Use of the sauna, cold plunge pool and other facilities, as well as participation in events, is at the guest's own risk, subject to applicable statutory provisions.

Guests must assess their state of health realistically.

Guests experiencing discomfort, circulatory problems, acute illness, injuries or pregnancy complications, or who have been advised by a doctor to observe restrictions, must refrain from using the facilities or seek medical advice beforehand.

Guests are responsible for respecting their own physical limits and must stop using the facilities immediately if they experience symptoms or discomfort.

Alcohol, drugs or other substances must not be consumed or taken in a manner that compromises safe use of the facility or the safety of other guests.

Persons who are visibly unable to use the facility safely may be refused access. They may also be required to leave during their visit. If the reason falls within the person's area of responsibility, there is no entitlement to a refund.

11. Liability

The liability of Haus am Fluss AG is governed by the applicable statutory provisions.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence, indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit and wasted expenditure is excluded.

In particular, Haus am Fluss AG is not liable for adverse health effects arising from a guest's individual physical condition, failure to respect their own physical limits, or failure to comply with these GTC, the house rules or staff instructions, except where Haus am Fluss AG is liable under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for the loss, theft, damage or mix-up of clothing, valuables or other personal belongings.

The lockers provided must be used for personal belongings and valuables. Use of lockers is at the guest's own risk.

Liability for damage caused by weather, flooding, orders issued by public authorities, technical failures, force majeure or other events beyond the control of Haus am Fluss AG is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Mandatory statutory provisions on liability remain applicable in all cases.

12. Operational changes, interruptions and force majeure

Haus am Fluss AG may temporarily restrict or suspend the use of individual areas, opening hours, capacity, offerings or the entire operation where necessary, in particular for reasons relating to safety, hygiene, weather, flooding, maintenance, repairs, technical issues, public authorities or other operational matters.

If, as a result, an admission that has already been booked cannot be provided at all, section 5 of these GTC applies.

If operations must unexpectedly be suspended or significantly restricted after a guest's visit has begun, Haus am Fluss AG will decide on appropriate compensation, for example in the form of a credit or an alternative date, taking into account the cause, the period of use already enjoyed and the extent of the restriction.

In the event of circumstances beyond the control of Haus am Fluss AG, in particular force majeure, flooding, exceptional weather events or orders issued by public authorities, further claims exist only to the extent provided for by mandatory statutory provisions.

13. Events and additional offerings

Events, sauna infusion sessions, workshops, food and beverage offerings and other additional services may be subject to supplementary conditions, prices, age restrictions, participation requirements or cancellation rules.

Any such differing or supplementary conditions will be communicated for the relevant service and take precedence over these GTC for that service.

14. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the current privacy policy of Sauna am Fluss, available at:

www.saunaamfluss.ch/datenschutz

For the processing of bookings and payments, personal data may be processed to the extent necessary by the booking and payment service providers engaged by Haus am Fluss AG. The privacy policy and applicable statutory provisions govern such processing.

15. Amendments to the GTC

Haus am Fluss AG may amend these GTC at any time with effect for contracts concluded in the future.

As a rule, the version in force at the time the respective contract is concluded applies.

For services that have already been purchased and confirmed, the conditions in force at the time the contract was concluded continue to apply, unless mandatory legal or operational reasons require an adjustment.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies.

For consumers, the mandatory statutory rules on jurisdiction apply.

In all other cases, the place of jurisdiction is Zürich.

17. Severability

If any provision of these GTC is or becomes wholly or partly invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.

Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provisions.
